Chef Alejandra is back and she's made a very special menu for everyone.

Mayan Lime Soup - pulled chicken, cilantro, cured onion, tortilla chips, consomme

Rajas Con Crema - Poblano peppers, creme fraiche and corn kernels

Mole Verde and Smoked Turkey Leg Confit - Rice Pilaf, pepitas and duck fat fried beans

Corn Trio Vol. 2 - pulled pork tamale, taco al pastor, and paste (pastie)

Concha - sugar topped bun and mexican chocolate mousse

$65 ++ for the menu $25++ for drink pairing, dinner starts at 6:30pm April 15th
