Hi friends and folks,
Since its winter we have decided to heat it up. On Sunday the 21st we will be hosting chef Alejandra Rutherford for a night of traditional Mexican cuisine. There is limited space available so please reserve your space early.
The menu will consist of:
White fish ceviche
Trio of Quesadilla with queso Oaxaca chorizo and poblano, sope with fried seafood, pickles onion and beans, and cochinita taco
Cactus and ancho chili sauce
Mole negra with duck, chicharons, with poblano onion and Pozole
Lamb Baracoa with queso fresco gnuddi
Pate a choux churros with dulce de leche
Price per person is 65 ++ with an optional wine and spirits pairing for an additional 25++
